Samsung has updated its Try Galaxy web app to give iPhone owners a chance to try out the foldable device.
For those who don’t know, Try Galaxy offers “non-Android users” a way to test drive Galaxy smartphones, including the S23 series, in an effort to convince people to switch. Samsung is currently Galaxy Z flip 5 The Z Fold5 caters to its new customer base by emulating or trying to emulate the same experience. It’s a little difficult.
According to official announcementiOS users need to prepare a second iPhone and connect it to their iPhone. Z Fold5’s Expanded screen. Doing so enables “video demonstrations” where people can see what the content looks like in “immersive full screen”. Additionally, the app will enable “enhanced drag and drop functionality”, allowing iPhone owners to experience what it’s like to move items between screens.
What can the user see as shown in the image below One UI 5.1.1 It looks like you’re sprawling between two mobile phones or playing a game of digital air hockey.
FlexCam Demo
There’s no real way to emulate the Z Flip5’s smaller outer screen on an iPhone, so you miss out on that particular aspect. Instead, you can try FlexCam mode, a camera feature available on both of Samsung’s foldable devices. However, this particular preview has a few issues. I’m not sure how that works exactly.
FlexCam is essentially a timer tool for taking hands-free photos. The main difference is that the phone can be propped up at interesting angles. With a Z Flip5, you can easily fold it in half, but you can’t do that with an iPhone. Judging by Samsung’s description, this could simply be an on-screen demo showing off all the different angles the FlexCam is capable of.
Samsung’s app provides access to more general features in addition to foldable device-specific software tools. For example, there’s a quick share feature for sending files to friends and family, as well as the option to preview body composition data from Samsung Health. galaxy watch”.

To access the demo, please visit: Try the Galaxy website Then scan the QR code on the screen. After scanning, the app launches the Safari browser. The requirements are less strict. At a minimum, you need an iPhone 7 running the latest version of iOS. It’s okay as long as you have that.
There are no mobile apps available, presumably because Apple doesn’t want Samsung to lure people to the dark side in the App Store.
