If you believe that content available on an Apple service infringes your intellectual property rights, you can use the forms below to file a claim with Apple Legal. You must provide contact information, identify and describe the alleged infringement, and, under penalty of perjury, prove that you are or represent the authorized holder of the infringed rights.
In most cases we will respond by email with a reference number. Any further contact with Apple Legal must be by email and must include that reference number in the subject line. Do not use these forms to follow up on an existing issue.
