Fans are encouraged to use the JMU Athletics app as the primary method of managing their digital ticketing, which is required for access to all JMU football and basketball events. Tickets for the 2023 football season are now uploaded and accessible on all buyer accounts. Fans can easily view their tickets, download them to their mobile wallets, transfer them to another person, or place them on JMU’s official secondary marketplace, SeatGeek, for resale.
