How to cancel Spotify Premium on the Android and iOS apps
Follow these steps to cancel Spotify Premium via the mobile app:
- Tap on Your library bottom of the screen.
- Tap the icon (usually the initial of your first name) in the top left corner to view your account information.
- Select Premium subscription (View your subscription).
- Tap on View available subscriptions.
- Tap at the bottom of the page Change your subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select cancel premium below the Spotify Free window.
- Select Continue to cancel and confirm with Yes, cancel.
Once you have canceled your premium subscription, you will be redirected to a short survey asking you why you decided to cancel the subscription. Although your subscription has already ended at this point, you have the option to complete or skip the survey. If you’re in a hurry, scroll down and tap To skip. You can answer and tap the questions Submit if you want to provide feedback.

Cancel your Spotify Premium subscription via the website with these steps:
- Go to accounts.spotify.com in your browser and sign in to your account.
